RETURNS
DAMA SRL accepts returns for any reason, provided that the return request and the shipment of the returned item(s) occur within 14 days from the delivery date of the order.
Return Policy and Custom Creations
The right of return applies exclusively to footwear purchased in its standard configuration or with basic customizations made through direct navigation on our website.
Conversely, any customized sandal—whether designed through our 3D configurator or bespoke-developed via our dedicated consultation service on email and WhatsApp—constitutes a unique piece, meticulously crafted expressly upon request. For this reason, given the strictly tailored and exclusive nature of the product, returns or refunds cannot be accepted for any reason on custom creations.
To exercise the right of return, it is essential that the goods are entirely intact, unworn, and returned in their original packaging. DAMA SRL reserves the right to refuse returns for items that are not in the exact same condition in which they were received. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in strict compliance with these instructions.
To proceed with a return, you must send an email to info@toosa.it from the same email address used to place the order. Please include your order reference number, specify the product you wish to return, and indicate the reason for the return.
You will then receive a reply email containing full instructions on how to proceed with the return shipment.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping costs for returns are always the responsibility of the customer, and only the cost of the returned product will be refunded.
Although outbound shipping is provided as a complimentary courtesy at the time of purchase, the actual transport cost—including any duties and customs taxes advanced by the sender—will be withheld from the refund based on the real expenses incurred. This amount, which is not subject to dispute, can be verified upon client request via the corresponding shipping service invoice.
The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned package and will be issued through the same payment method selected during the checkout process.
EXCHANGES
In order to guarantee the immediate availability of your desired size and ensure the fastest possible service, we do not offer direct exchanges. If the fit is not perfect, we kindly invite you to follow the return instructions detailed above and, at the same time, place a new order on our website for the correct size. This allows our atelier to immediately reserve and ship your new sandals without prolonged waiting times.
