NON-EU COUNTRIES
EXPRESS delivery to Non-EU countries is handled exclusively via DHL courier and takes 1–2 business days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
During checkout, please ensure that all requested details are filled out with the utmost accuracy. DAMA SRL cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
In the event that the courier is unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, it will be automatically rescheduled for the following business day. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be held at the local carrier facility for a maximum of 10 business days, awaiting collection by the recipient. Should the package remain unclaimed after this holding period, it will be returned to the sender without further notice from the courier.
In such cases, the original shipping fees*, holding fees, and return-to-sender costs will be charged to the customer and deducted from the final refund.
* PLEASE NOTE: Although shipping is provided as a complimentary courtesy at the time of purchase, the actual transport cost—including any duties and customs taxes advanced by the sender—will be withheld based on the real expenses incurred. This amount, which is not subject to dispute, can be verified upon client request via the corresponding shipping service invoice.
Upon delivery, the client is kindly requested to carefully inspect the packaging or parcel prior to signing the proof of delivery. If, for any reason, the package appears tampered with or damaged, please sign for the receipt "with reservation" (under reserve) or refuse the delivery entirely. Please report the incident immediately to the local courier office and contact us at info@toosa.it
